Fries: 1 medium russet potato trimmed and sliced into fries 1/4 tsp avocado oil Pinch of salt
air fry at 380 F for 20-25 minutes
Sauce: 120g 2% cottage cheese 30g low fat cheddar cheese
30g fat free cheddar cheese 30ml fat free milk dash of garlic and chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt
microwave
for 60 seconds and blend to get smooth consistency (just mix if need be) and finally add 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes + chiles
